Find equation of hyperboloid of two sheets

What is the equation of the two seets hyperboloid wich has two known focis A(x1,y1,z1) and B(x2,y2,z1) (it means these two focis lie in the same Z plane), and the difference of distance of a point M(x,y,z) to two focis is : |MA-MB|=a
