URGENT! Where can i PRINT?

Hi,

I urgentley need to print some work TODAY! not tommorow or any other time....just TODAY.

The format of the work is in Microsoft Office 2003, so that includes PUBLISHER 2003.

Do librarys let you print work for free? are they open on sundays?
If its not free, how much would they normally charge per page? Would they have PUBLISHER 2003?
And i have to be able to print in colour.

Please can any1 reply ASAP. Thanks.

Reply 3

argh.....didnt know libraries close on sunday......i swear ppl do h/w on sundays at the library.

Anyway, i gotta print like 20-30 pages....

internet cafes will rip you off big time! The best option is to find a friend

Reply 5

cant you print it off at uni ?

Reply 6

Again prolly easiest to try at a frend's\Family's place.

Otherwise, nip to a shop and buy a printer. Get them very cheap and a timeless investment

Yeah you a printer is essential for uni, they are extremely cheap and it saves the mad rush for the printers when deadlines are due in.

Uni libraries are normally open on sundays. Public libaries aren't normally though, and they will charge for printing. I work part time in a public library and in my opinon we charge far too much for printing, 30p for colour and 15p for black and white - dont know why we charge that much!

Internet cafes etc probably won't be cheap either, but if you are desperate they might be worth a try. Failing that try a friend and ask them nicely!

Reply 12

ok this may be the dumbest question ever....

If i dont go uni (sill in secondary skl) will they still let me in. never been to a uni library

lol, i think you need an ID card sometimes, well from what i have seen at Cambridge. Isn't there an internet cafe.

Actually why don;t you print it off at school, they are usually open during the holidays.

I print at the library but they charge 50c (HK) per page, which is expensive compared to a packet(100) of paper which you can buy for $10.

id agree with buying a printer. you can print how much you want- colour and all- and you won't be ripped off. I got some very cheap (but good) ink cartidges from Tesco's yday! They probabaly have cheap printers too.

you can buy printers (brand new) for about £20 inc ink. But i think stud1 89 has probably found a way by now!
