There are two strands of Herpes. HSV-1 and HSV-2. If you have HSV-1 (Herpes simplex virus 1) then there really isnt much to be worries about, its just a coldsore!! Will go away in away week or two. And there only contagious if you kiss someone when you have got one. HSV-1 usually affects the mouth and nose area. If you have HSV-2 then it usually is below the belt... n that can be nasty....

alot of people have herpes since its so easy to catch, so you shouldnt stress over it too much. just dont share anything you've put your lips on/kiss anyone when you have sores
