Don't know about that, but some sellers only let you buy their stuff if you're in the same country, for ease of delivery, or if stupid people from Nigeria buy their stuff and stop being an ebay member immediately after, or want it shipped to Lithuania when you specifically said in your description that you only send to the UK. Not speaking from personal experience or anything.....

Some people register new accounts, and then bid on everything by a certain seller and refuse to pay, to wreck their auctions. So if you limit the amount they can buy, it limits the amount of auctions that can be wrecked!

lol, i tick every box for buyer requirements on my listings, too many useless gimps on there these days
