ADVISE
I would just like to say, if this is your first time doing this exam, DON'T panic.
Think about how your GCSE's were, really easy huh? When you're in A2, you'll realise that CHEM1 was SOO easy, although you may find it hard at first, just do enough work and past papers and you will sail through! Right now you are on a CLEAN SHEET, you have the possibility to get all A* and get into pretty much WHEREVER you want to apply!

I am currently in Year 13 of my A-Levels, if you want any help with a Question Post it on here, me or anyone else will help!

Out of interest, which textbook is everyone using?

I'm using this, although I'm self-teaching it as well.

Although my chemistry teacher said that its 100% worth getting the equations and formula book. Any truth behind this?

Hey no joke, you know how you did GCSE Chemistry, looking back when you started it you may have found it hard, now you look at it, it's friggin' easy right?

Same with CHEM1, it is RIDICULOUSLY easy, when you are in A2 you will realise how easy it is, just revise enough for it, do past papers and you'll be fine!

Yeah, I struggled at the beginning of GCSE chemistry, but then I realised that it was nothing more than a ponder.

So that's given me hope for this. So far, I have no problem with the content I've learnt, and I've looked over some exam papers, and I know I can answer some questions. It's just a matter of finishing these topics and revising like mad.

Yep haha, you have a clean sheet, and you can get all A* and apply for any course at any uni you want, you might see it as hard now, but this time in a year you will realise how easy it is.

You don't mind if I ask you why you felt you got a B instead of an A do you? I just want to prepare myself for anything that could go wrong during and prior to the exam.

And good luck with them! Specially CHEM4. I bet unit 1 looks like a walk in the park now
