I'm doing the coan/philipi routine as well. How did you find it? Have you quit?


First time I did it I didnt make it past week 4 I think... second time around I used slightly lower maxes and pretty much made it all the way through.

It is a tough program, but doable if you are sensible with the maxes you use.

does 180 to 200kg sound reasonable to you? I don't want to waste several weeks of training and not get through it.

85kg was flying up, went for 90kg which also flew up, couldnt lock out the 100kg though. Probably could have if I did them fresh.
