Can u catch all Sti's through swallowing (during oral sex) and also can u catch something through oral or vaginal sexual contact even if the guy doesn't come? If so, does the risk increase/decrease depending on what you do or how many times you do it?

Doing it more frequently would increase your chances of picking something up, yes. But doing anything at all without protection is enough of a risk!

You can only get herpes through oral sex as far as i know unless you have a cut in your mouth then u can get get it all AIDS included

Certain STI can be caught without the release of fluids but some can't not sure which.

Only a tiny amount is needed to pass on the infection so a guy with a STI may not climax but may have some seepage inside you that will pass it on

The way you have sex makes no difference unless the guy is using protection which would greatly reduce the risk

How many times you do it? You mean in your life or in one night?
If you have sex with someone with an STI without protection there is a very high chance of you getting it and if you do it more than once well do that maths
