How long until someone chooses the boxes in order (1,2,3..etc..) in the tv show "Deal or No Deal"? I say 7 months.

How about reverse order then?

Or picking all the odd numbers in order, followed by all the even numbers in order? Or picking the numbers in order of how many prime factors they have and if two numbers have the same number of prime factors, then to pick the numbers in increasing order, or....or...the possibilities of interesting, nonrandom picking orders is endless

How long until they can take them out in order of smallest to largest (1p, 10p, 50p, etc...) leaving the £100,000 and £250,000 and then winning the £250,000 ?

assuming 5 shows a week, that will happen after the sun burns out.

You mean the expectation of it happening is longer than the time until the sun burns out But it could still technically happen, just a tiny tiny tiny probability
