Im going throught a Computing past paper and found a question which asked me to define Source code and Object Code. Each Definition was worth 1 mark. I attempted to answer them and found myself writing detail descriptions of both.
Could someone please give me a model answer and tell me what the "buzz words" they are looking for are.
P.S. If it makes any difference, the board is OCR and im sitting A/S
Source code - the name for the code in an high level language
Object code - the name for the code that had been Compliled (by an compiler)
Thats what I would put..
Object code - The name for the source code that has been translated into machine code..
or something along them lines
aagghh not machine code.
THe source code that has been translated using a compiler !
(BTW, its me that has posted the post above)
