Right well theres this lad at the end of my road and he's absoultely gorgeous i dont think he even knows i exist. I keep seeing him around etc and saw him the other week at a club although it was at the end of the night. How do i get talking to him etc ............

If he lives nearby you, find an excuse to talk to him. You could always knock on his door pretending to be a travelling sailsman/jehovah's witness...or not. Just say 'hello' the next time you see him out and strike up a conversation about how you think he lives near u. Aim for 'casual' rather than 'stalker'.
So go over and talk to him next time im out. i couldnt do thta not if he didnt make eye contact with me first. ahhhhh
i'm in a somewhat similar situation as you. the only problem with mine is that my other close friend also likes him too and i don't think she knows i fancy the same guy as her.
why don't you make up an excuse to go talk to him like say you dropped your ball in his garden or something. most probably the girl that you saw him with was just a close friend. hmm...the best way would be to ask your friend to help you out. anyhow, best of luck with your crush.

I dont know i saw this girl with hima few times and alst sat night she was giong in to his house. Should i smile at him if i see him in this bar i go to.

but if it still doesn't work, i was thinking that maybe you can write him a letter and tell him, "hello. i'm (your name); a neighbour of yours and was wondering if we could get together sometime whenever you're free". or maybe you could have a party at your house and invite him. just knock on his door and say, "hi. i live just along this road and on such a day at such a time, i'm going to have a party and was wondering if you'd like to come and join the fun" and then give a cute smile or do something flirtatious but do it subtlely. think that might do the trick as well.
