Hi, I`m having some trouble figuring out what exactly needs to go in each section of the documentation..

for example the technical solution says I have to: list macros/samples of design views of queries, buttons, reports etc.. ok so i did that.

but then, I get to the system maintenance section and it asks for representative samples of annotated design views(modules tables queries forms macros and reports)

so i can`t see the difference  I think they`re trying to confuse people on purpose!! can someone please tell me exactly what I need in each section and what the difference between those is? I`ll VERY VERY much appreciate it....thanks!

EDIT: I meant to ask what I need in the technical solution and maintenance sections only. I`m ok with the rest.

ok, as far as i know, you dont need a section called Technical Solution. Yes, there is a section called this in the mark scheme but you will be awarded marks for this section from your whole project. What i did was put everything that was required in the Technical Solution into my systems maintenance manual, otherwise youd just be repeating yourself. The systems maintenance marcs you get will just be for explaining your system to an experienced programmer who will be maintaining, or adapting your system, while the marks for the technical solution will come from a step by step documentation of how you made your system - this will include screenshots, annotations, etc.

    Hope this helps.
