Wide enough uni choice?

I'm applying for mathematics at uni next year and I wondered if these choices were broad enough

Oxford - A*A*A
Durham - A*AA
Bath - A*AB
St Andrews - AAA
York - AAB

Hopefully I will be predicted A*A*A*A

You don't really have a back-up choice in there. You should substitute one out for a 'guarenteed' offer, unless you fancy the idea of having a gap year and re-applying.
I forgot to say, I do already have an A in an A-level which will go towards the final offer
If you get those predicitions, they're fine. Not everyone needs a BCC backup option :tongue:

Also, you don't have to resort to a gap year like someone else has said if things go wrong, clearing also has lots of places at good unis for ABB and above but I doubt you will need that. As long as you have your insurance on there as a back up then you will be fine

I'd say that was fine as you have York as a fallback.
