Durham Law Applicants of 2013 discussions

So i was considering to apply for Durham this year round
I've got my predicted: A* AA just dont think i have the A grades OR gcse OR think il do well in the LNAT ahaha so just wondering how you decided applying for Durham is for you?

I've looked around and it is incredible

Slightly slow reply on this haha, however I just saw this and can relate.
I was thinking exactly the same, but at the end of the day your have five offers so if you want to apply, then go for it because if not there's always that chance. Saying this now you've probably already sent of your ucas but good luck :smile:

I got a phone call earlier, but it was the Foundation centre as I have applied for the Law with FOundation and the Law degree. They said they'll be making a decision shortly, so Ill find out about at least one course this week perhaps.

For me I reckon Ill hear in March, but Im sure you guys are all a lot stronger than me, maybe hear earlier.

Yeah I did end up applying, not expecting an offer though to be honest, my GCSE's aren't exactly spectacular in comparison to other things I've seen on here but I'm hoping my AS shows a dramatic improvement.
At the end of the day I have my four other offers now though, so I guess I'll just see.
And I heard we won't hear till after the deadline, although I have friends with offers from other departments, but I guess they're all different.
