    Depends. I tend to favour smoked, but not if it just tastes like coal... Just lightly smokey.

    err, smoked and thick cut. deffo streaky altho back is also good. In australia you get back and streaky in one long piece, and its alwaysd smoked. MMMMMMMMM and it doesnt have that white stuff that comes out (water?)

    Smoked unless the unsmoked on offer is very thick, and definitely fried, grilling is no where near as good! I've never heard of Canadian bacon either lol.
