Hi, Ive had this before you know that feeling when you are soooooo hungry your stomach rumbles and crinchs and makes you cough. Its hard to describe but its like im never full up. Ive been always always always for the last few days hungry just had dinner i was hungry had my packed lunch (lunch was provided at work) afterwards still hungry had two chocolate brioches still hungry as **** ive got this uncontrolable urge to cough because my stomach feels so unfull. Does anyone know what the HELL this is and has anyone experienced anything similar where whatever you've eaten in the day you are sooooo hungry.

Perhaps you lead an intensively active life, the result of which is that your body requires great amounts of energy in the form of food. I realise that this is unlikely, in which case see below.

If I were you I would visit my GP.

Erm, one chocolate brioche probably has the nutritional value of a sheet of white A4 paper. I'd eat things which are more likely to fill you up and are healthier - generally wholegrain foods, brown rice etc are good. Also it's better (apparently) to eat lots of small meals than three normal ones - but somewhat impractical.
