We the people of Kazakhstan, not one of the richer nations of the world, have supplied troops to help with the regeneration of Iraq, urge the richer countries such as France and Germany to increase their assistance to the regeneration of Iraq.

Also Kazakhstan urges the Italians not to withdraw their troops from Iraq.

Under the rule of Mr Prodi Italy will withdraw its troops in the near future. This decision is as far as I am aware final and Italy believes it has made the correct decision.

India would like to point out that we do not have troops in Iraq. We will not send troops to Iraq due to our belief that there was no UN mandate on Iraq, and therefore it is not a legal and proper war.

Sorry if that didn't make sense, I'm a little out of it at the mo

China feels that the destiny of Iraq is best left in the hands of the Iraqis.

China opposed the original invasion of Iraq. We would however like to emphasise we would have supported the invasion had it acheived UN backing. China was one of the countries pressing for continued weapons inspections.

Greece has conducted a summary of our input to the Iraq war.

A VPRC poll conducted on march 14-15 and published in Kathimerini on March 18 found that 94% of those surveyed believe the world is a more dangerous place as a result of the war on Iraq. Just 3% of Greeks believe the decision to invade Iraq was correct and two-thirds of those polled believe the motivation for the war was control of the Middle East’s oil reserves. Just over 20% of respondents said Iraq was invaded so the US could “rule the world”.

Hence showing that Greece supports its allies in an encouraging way but nevertheless, still remains opinionated to its main beliefs.

Kazakhstan implores the UN members to forget about the legality of the Invasion and concentrate on the benefits of rebuilding Iraq for the Iraqi people. A stable Middle East will lead to a more stable and peaceful world climate.

India feels that more needs to be done in Iraq to ensure stability and peaceful rebuilding, which is why we have offered to submit troops to any UN peacekeeping forces that enter the region. We also plan to offer a substantial amount of aid the the Iraqi government to help rebuild holy places.

Singapore recognises the contribution of Kazakhstan. We currently have a naval ship deployed in the Gulf to assist in the patrolling and securing of the Iraqi oil fields.

Germany along with France and the United Kingdom have provided around $10 billion to help rebuild Iraq. Germany and France both are helping in the rebuilding of Iraq, but their efforts are somewhat hindered with a US Ban stopping Germany and France from rebuiliding Iraq (as we and our allies were against the war).
