The amount is dependant on your financial situation.

You get your loan on the first day back of university so it all depends when you get back. I won't get mine till May 7th for example which is the first Monday I get back to uni.

I get the full loan + a £1000 grant each academic year.

So if I devide this by 3 then it should be roughly the amount.

It depends on when your university of college starts back after the Easter break. I should get mine a week this coming Monday.

The amount varies from person to person. I think I'm going to be getting something ridiculous like £1500 this time around.

For everyone though, I think the loan will be a little bit more for this terms than it has been in the previous two, not by a lot, maybe up to £100 or so (because it's supposed to last you over the summer too....)

ahhhhh so thats why its more!!!

£100 is hardly gonna get anyone thru summer though is it
an extra £1000 would be more like it

I know. It's a bit odd isn't it. It won't last more than a week or so really will it? But I guess it comes in handy for the end of term when cash might be a little tighter for most...

My loan has to be non-means tested and further reduced by £900 because I'm eligible for a NHS bursary, though that's not much either.
