Here is a literal attempt - I just can't work out how the words interact!

So in the small, self-contained communities of the horde or the tribe originates a tradition that in contact with the higher beings developed religious life experiences and the spiritual life ordering,
and from the magic ritualistic acts the development of this superstitious religiousness drops off to the religious trial, in which the mind and will of man is subdued through an inner discipline of the divine will.

Paraphrasing slightly into English:

A tradition of spiritual life ordering and religious experience, based on contact with higher beings, tends to originate in the insular communities of the crowd or tribe. From these magical rituals, the supersitious religiousness develops into the religious process, in which the human mind and will are made to submit through the inner discipline of the divine will.
