I get the feeling not a great amount of people do Edexcel geography A, as there never seems to be any resources available like revision books and things. Edexcel dont like giving out past papers either, so you're best bet is to get them off your teacher

I'm doing a2 edexcel geography A. It's really hard getting free past papers for this exam off the internet - have you asked your teacher? They should have some past papers. The philip allan ones that button16 mentioned are great since it gives 2 exam questions for each topic with a model answer for grade A and C. It was realy helpful to see what the examiners want to get a good grade and really helped me last year to get to grips with the technique of answering questions. As well, if your gonna go onto A2, get the philip allan geography textbook for edexcel spec A as it gives loads of exmainer's tips and practice exam questions at the end of each unit. It also has 2 chapters on the applied geography skills paper if you're taking that paper.

I see what you mean about the AS course of Geography A. Which is quite bizarre, because Geography B papers are free for both AS and A Level. Thankfully, that's what I'm doing.

As for the person who's doing A2 Geography A, Well, I've justed had a look on the Edexcel website and I don't see what the problem is:

Go to this link:
http://www.edexcel.org.uk/quals/gce/...s/pp3years.htm

And then click on "past papers and mark schemes area"

Then just enter your centre number (what you enter on your exam paper). They're there for quite a few years.

A great website for A-Level Geogrpahy revision, particularly at AS level is newedexcelgeo.ning.com. Unfortunately in most schools and colleges it is filtered as it classed as social networking.

Hope you find it useful. My username on the New Edexcel Ning site is villameb. Find me and add me.
