Exercises?

Don't know if this is the best place for this, but anyway....

I'm currently trying to increase the number and range of exercises that I do. Most of my body isn't too bad, but I'm not that happy with my stomach and thighs. I am doing sit-ups etc which seem to be improving me stomach, but I'm not sure what exercises would be best to tone up thighs. There aren't huge, just a bit bigger than I would like, and wobbly! :frown:

Running is really good , I should try it lol , but I do more weight training.

I'm not really happy my my stomach and thighs either. I'm doing lots of cardio excercise which is quite good - running, excercise bike, nell mcandrew workout dvd :p: Then I incorporate sit ups and squats and stuff to tone. I think cardio stuff is important to do to burn the fat and get the heart going. I would recommend the dvd I do aswell - Nell McAndrew Maximum Impact because its a good workout but includes boxing moves, floorwork and resistance training and its got everything you'd need to tone up :smile:

Thanks. I was looking at DVDs/videos, but they all look so similar I didn't want to get one and find it was rubbish, but there never seems to be much to pick between them when you look on the shelves!

I'll try running more aswell, I do run abit, but not that much - I don't really enjoy it!
Lunges are good especially with weights for the thighs
Yoga! Best form of exercise there is as is it phsyically exerting whilst also being incredibly relaxing AND you don't have to do it in public or leave the house. Very good for toning too.
