cleaning my arms
well basically on my arms , round the bicep area , i got marks where spots used to be , and I tried hard to clean it off , but i cant seem to get rid of it. I tried using a pumming stone for like 3 months not much of a result , is there anything else that somone might know.
Could it be these marks are in facts scars left by the spots? In which case n amount of scrubbing will remove them. Instead try one of the many products that are known to reduce scarring 
Bio oil is good for improving scars. I had an operation last year and used in on the scar from that and it really helped so I tried it on old acne scars and it has helped them as well. It doesn't get rid of the totally but makes them alot less noticable. If the marks are scars, which by the sounds of it they probably are scrubbing them won't help!
