If so, to what extend.

The odd sentence outloud 'ah crap' for example, if something went wrong.

Or full blown conversations with yourself?

Full blown conversations here :/
No doubt a worrying habit, but things just seem clearer when vocalised!

When I revise I memorise the page and then close my book and act like im doing a sort of presentation on that page aloud. It really helps.
The downside is that my method doesn't really work for classroom revision.

If I'm on my own, yes, definitely.
Especially when I'm in a place I've never been before. Or in supermarkets when I'm alone. I talk to/about the vegetables. They don't talk back.

I don't have long conversations with myself, but I do say an occasional phrase outloud, for no reason, when I'm alone. Like if I'm thinking about a really fun memory, sometimes I blurt out a funny statement someone said to me in that memory. The same happens with embarrassing memories.

I mostly talk to myself when I'm either revising, trying to remember things is better when you say them aloud. Well it's not really talking to yourself but I can't seem to count in my head. I mean sums and stuff like that I can but not chronogically for a long time. That's probably just me...

Anyway I don't tend to converse with myself full blown just the odd word if I'm trying to solve something, sometimes on msn or just generally annoyed if I do something wrong/hurt myself. I guess that's normal...right?

i talk to myself all the time. i've just spent the last 20 minutes discussing with myself what i should say in response to a text i got.
i find it's better to talk these things through first, else i'd end up sending something i really regret.

On some days I talk to myself more than to other people, since I can communicate to myself what I wish to communicate to others had I less inhibitions.
