Thicker neck as well? That makes a big difference to the overall look of the face.

do you think these things do generally occur in the latter stages of facial development? or earlier?

Different for everyone. I remember reading on a thread about someone who was 16 and had to shave every day, and someone who was 22 and had to shave every other week.

The same leads me to the conclusion that facial development is different in every person. Look at your father - that's the best way of finding out how your face might develop. You may look nothing like him now, but you may a little later. Once you get comments from people like "you look so much like your father" or "you sound like your father" (on the phone)... you'll have developed a bit.

is this a myth or not?

protein shakes combined with working out tend to mean higher testosterone levels which tend to cause more masculine facial development?

I saw a documentary on this, when I boy grows up his facial bones tend to space out more giving him a masculine look, not sure how it does though.

I dont tend to think of myself, and my friends changing that much as we've got older, then I look back at pics from only a year ago and it's pretty astonishing.
