I've tried to be good and eat my 5 portions of fruit and veg per day and drink lots of water for the past few weeks but instead of making me healthier, it's made my tummy really bloated. It's huge! What can I do to make me un-bloated?

Find the food making you bloated.
Some people find bananas bloat them loads.

And also, you're probably bloated because its a change in diet and your body readjusts.

Cut down on salt intake, veg's never ever bloat me unless I'm eating other "crap" along with them.

try not to have water at the same time as fruit, and eat fruit on as empty a stomach as possible (preferably at least 40 mins after having eaten anything else). Wait for half an hour as well. You should find you get less bloated.

Oh, and if you're going for the fruit/veg thing in a big way you should be aiming for 9 portions. 5 is nothing!
