Find the food making you bloated.
Some people find bananas bloat them loads.

And also, you're probably bloated because its a change in diet and your body readjusts.

Cut down on salt intake, veg's never ever bloat me unless I'm eating other "crap" along with them.

totally unrelated but finally found someone who does french music and maths at level as well as me! no one I know does that combination! lol.. but yes onto the question.. yeah i agree with the last post.. other crap needs to go unfortunately, and exercise as well will help definitely xx
try not to have water at the same time as fruit, and eat fruit on as empty a stomach as possible (preferably at least 40 mins after having eaten anything else). Wait for half an hour as well. You should find you get less bloated.

Oh, and if you're going for the fruit/veg thing in a big way you should be aiming for 9 portions. 5 is nothing!
Apparently two portions of "live" yoghurt a day chases the bloatedness away! lol, i watch far too much tv :biggrin:
