Nah, there are alot of "in" jokes, and a myriad of subtle nuonces that you need to be accustomed to get. Hang around a bit longer, you'll get them.

How is it deep for you? Maybe you just don't understand the meaning of some words? Some people in that discussion seem not to, anyway... Are you dyslexic? Could be a reason..

I understand the words and if I don't I can usually guess what they mean from the rest of the sentance. Ive just read it again and can understand it, it just takes me ages to 'click on' lol and I have to really think about things. Im not dyslexic, I suppose its just that im not as intelligent since I only get on average grades C and D at college (B's at GCSE), plus most people on this board seem to be really intelligent..are they?
I'd say that the people on this board appear to be, on average, more intelligent than most. This is probably due to the fact that most are going to a University, and that is how many came across this board. There is also a large academic side to this board.

Edit: But with Cs and Ds at A level and Bs at GCSE, It's probably just "inside jokes" so don't worry. I don't understand some stuff that people say

The debating tactics seen on here are probably the typed equivalent of mooning one's opponent and pissing in his mother's face.
Can never be bothered to read them, all seems quite pointless to me. some people just chat on about stuff not even related to the thread

Always useful techniques to have in your arsenal.
I have to say the blowjob thread doesn't seem too 'deep', i guess it's either you or the in-jokes.

The blowjob thread is no 'deeper' than the anal sex thread.

True: the preponderancy of TSR's constituency (seemingly) average academic attainment far exceeding the statistical norm, with ionospheric 'IQ's to boot.

Although such doesn't alter the fact that some of them can't debate coherently to save their own lives: I wouldn't let it perturb me too much, were I you.

That's just shooting yourself in the foot, love.

Mods can tell who the anonymous posters are, y'know. I deleted your anonymous post.

What, you think we'd let people have total anonymity and post whatever they like, insulting people, causing all sort of trouble..?

Honey, I'm well aware that mods can see who the anonymous posters are. What I wasn't aware of is the fact that I'd posted that comment as anonymous...
