# Z scores, normal distribution curves watch

1. It's Saturday and I'm still up doing maths coursework (again) does anyone feel nice enough to be able to tell me what Z thingy's are and how you draw the normal distribution curve? Is it just the shape of distribution with a line drawn through the mean so you can then draw 1 s.d away from the mean etc etc, with the x axis for example weight and the y axis the relative frequency?
3. z = mean - x (or x - mean) divided by S.D.

Normal distribution curve is bell shaped, peaks at mean, never reaches y = 0 (hope that helps).

I know... but I thought I'd have more chance of a reply here...
