Wouldn't have thought you could to be honest, maybe see a doctor for advice?

I could, but I couldn't be bothered to for such a minor, purely cosmetic problem.
Maybe they are birthmarks?

They'll try to laser off anything these days...
Read my reply on the Vitamin B5 thread. However, it could be eczma (sp?!) or just dry skin, or a skin infection. Worth going to doc just in case.

Get some pink paint? Or see a doctor, whichever one
You could try a product to fade pigmentation like this:

It might not work but it won't hurt you as long as you use SPF 30+ sunscreen. This particular one is rather pricey so I'd try to find a similar but cheaper product you can buy locally.

Cut your head off... That'll shift 'em...

Or, a much more sensible thing is to see your chemist or something, and ask what they got... Job done
