    What, if anything, can I use to get rid of spots like these on my face? I don't even know what they are.. they're not pimples, they're just spots of redness, and I've had them for as long as I can recall.

    Read my reply on the Vitamin B5 thread. However, it could be eczma (sp?!) or just dry skin, or a skin infection. Worth going to doc just in case.

    You could try a product to fade pigmentation like this:

    It might not work but it won't hurt you as long as you use SPF 30+ sunscreen. This particular one is rather pricey so I'd try to find a similar but cheaper product you can buy locally.

    Or, a much more sensible thing is to see your chemist or something, and ask what they got... Job done
