HEY

Currently I have the D600 SAMSUNG. I was wondering how to put the photos onto the computer?

Sorry I'm hopeless at these sorts of things!!

Any help appreciated!

It should've come with a USB cable and a software disk.

However, I don't know where the cable plugs in because I use bluetooth instead, and I don't know how good the program it comes with is because it isn't compatible with my Mac.

I, er, hope that helps...

Ok, it should have a USB cable as mentioned above. Plug one end on the side of your phone (if I remember correctly). Plug the other end into a USB port. Install the program on the CD and run it. Go to "File Manager" or something like that when the program runs. Then up top you will have folders related to your phone and on the bottom you will have files on your computer. This means you can drag and drop between the phone and the computer. So from here, go to the Photos folder on the top half and cut/copy the pictures on to the bottom half into the folder you want. Sorry if that was a bad explanation, it was from memory. If you need a bit more clarification, feel free to ask

Yep, you can do it like that, or just set the phone to USB Mode 'Mass Storage' in the phone's menu - then you can just plug the phone into the PC using the USB cable without having to install the software first (and this will work on an Apple Mac too).

I've got a problem with getting videos onto this phone. Even though it says that MPEG4 videos are compatible with it, I have converted an mpeg3 video file to mpeg4 and it still won't go on, any tips?
