There are two options:
1. Do a BEd in Primary Education/Teaching, but make sure the course states that it offers QTS. If it doesn't offer QTS then you will need to do a PGCE after the course, if it does you can teach upon graduating.
2. Do a degree relating to the national curriculum and then do a Primary PGCE afterwards.
