personal statement CV help

Okay, so I need help. I' re-writing my CV because i just think that my personal statement just keeps going on and on and now i don't know what to write. I've had a look at some and they're so much better than mine. I need help writing my personal statement here is my previous one :
I’m 16 years old and currently studying for my A-levels this.
I am an Honest, hardworking, confident and bubbly individual. I like interacting and meeting new people, helping them find what they need whenever they ask. I am a confident person, who is able to approach a problem with confidence, or if I need help I am able to ask for it. I am a hardworking person, always motivated in what I do; making sure whatever I do will be done to the best of my ability. I am responsible 16 year old, who can be left alone to do something and it will be done, without complaint. I am also polite and fun, I am able to enjoy myself and engage in conversations with my fellow workmates so that I can gain a better relationship with the team and also have fun
