I walk (during Term Time) 3 miles to/from school in total, plus possibly a mile whilst at school.

I also walk about 6 miles each sunday to and from work, plus around work.

I do 45 reps on each arm using my resistance tube and 50 sit ups. I also do an hour a week in the school gym of H/M intensity training.

I'm 17.

18 year old university fresher. Thought it would be cool to join the five aside football league so I got a few people from my flat and others to sign up. The first match was last Wednesday, the opposition didn't look too good and we thought the game was going to be a walk in the park. 10 minutes in, two of us were kneeling down and almost paralytic. 15 minutes in we were at walking pace whilst the opposition skipped through our hopeless defence.
Needless to say, we lost that match pretty badly... score in the end was 28-2. I'm not even joking. Any way, I'm rambling now. My exercise routine at sixth form consisted of rare visits to the gym, despite paying over the odds for a yearly membership, and an occasional kick-about. Exercise at uni is much harder to fit in but a humiliating football match once a week is enough to put my ego rightly in its place. Oh and the cardio workout is bloody good.

I do dancing for 20 hours a week. With a full 2 hour warm up aswell on a Friday night (has 100 press-ups in that). I also do 2 hours of gymnastics a week. With 1 and a half hours free-running/parkour. i also volunteer at an outdoor adventure club about 4 hours on a Saturday. I bike to most places, except college as its 107 miles from home. Good thing about this much exercise, means I can eat a lot. Cos I burn quite a lot off. I tend to eat about 3000-3500 calories a day.

I walk (fast) for anywhere between 1-4 hours a day. Sucks when you're too cheap to pay for bus fare. I'm 18.

Throughout the year I was doing probably about 6 times of 1.5 - 2 hours or so. Cause it's now exam time here and most of my sports are finished I'm doing three, but that will go back to 6 or so when exams are finished!

...What reason do you have to be spending that long in the gym? Are you saying that you spend, on average, 2 hours & 10/20 mins lifting weights? (And the 10-15 remaining for cardio)

Anyways, to answer the OP, probably around 4-5 times a week for an hour - sometimes more if I'm playing a long game of football/basketball.

Gym 3 times a week for an hour at a time (cardio).

Swimming once a week for about 45 mins.

Walking to and from lectures each day...which isn't much considering I live on campus haha.
