I'll be doing that myself and be interested to know what kind of offers you got (the French Baccalureat ... not the IB, which is very different). Thanks.

Hi I'm currently studying for the french Baccalaureat abd I got conditionnal offers from almost all my universities except middlesex( stille waiting for them  ).
I applied for Computer Science( European Program of Study ) at Imperial therefore I must get "Bien" overall especially "Bien" in Mathematics, which is equivalent to at least14/20.
Then I also got offers from City Unviserty, Greenwich, Brunel, University of East London.
But I do reaaly want to get to Imperial since it seems to be a great "top-school" , though social life could be less exciting than in the other Univ.

And also I wanted to ask a question.
I have received some fee forms for International students from Imp, City and Greenwich. I haven't filled them yet 'cause I don't know if I have to or if I should wait fort Ucas special form in which I would choose the unviversities.
    Can someone help me please?

    Hello Poseidon,

Just let me tell you - if you are about to study at Barking's campus at UEL, for God's sake, do not do it!!!! If it's Stratford or Docklands - yeah fine, but Barking - Barking and Dagenham is the biggest shithole in the universe, I can't wait to get teh f**k out of there...

Apart from that let me congratulate u over ur results for the Bac. I think the French Ed System is probably one of the hardest in existence (excluding my own, of course, the Bulgarian

    Good luck with everythin!~

P.S.: Go for Imperial, by any means.

    Hi!
It sure that French Baccalaureat is somehow peculiar 'cause it lays emphasis on general knowledge more than specialised one.

I hope that I will get the required results in order to go to Imperial.
But even if I fail I will try next year. Since a few weeks I decided that Imperial would be my final destination so i will get there no matter what!

Hi Poseidon, What offer did you get from City University? I think that is a cut aove the other choices, but of course below Imperial.
And why do you need to fill out an international form. Are you not paying home fees? Or maybe you don't qualify. Paying overseas fees might make it easier to get the offers!

    Salut

Hi. You know we should'n speak in French 'cause it is an English forum...

Ah I'm glad to tell you that I have received the offer from Middlesex, they want me to get at least 12/20 at the French Baccalaureat.

I Think it's gonna be quite easy...

But still i do not want to go there since I have heard that it is kind of crappy!

Ye're whatever you do don't go to Middlesex reapply next year if you must. I passed the french baccalaureate last year with 13/20 and only was accepted at Plymouth Uni whereas this year I've been accepted at York, St Andrews, Durham and King's Collegewhich are all great and I 'm having a great time studying law in Nice.
