When someone works out, his or her heart pumps harder and faster, increasing blood flow to the actively exercising muscles. Blood vessels in the skin expand to dissipate heat. When exercise ends suddenly, the heart slows down its pumping activity, decreasing blood circulation even though blood vessels remain dilated. As a result, blood pressure can fall and a person can feel dizzy or even faint.

I think I have the same, sometimes my vision goes a bit blurred and I go light headed. I usually dont have a serious case, it only stays for a couple of seconds. However about three years ago I went on a basketball camp which was basically 5 days of 8 hours worth of basketball, and one day I had a bit of a cold and nearly fainted.

yeah i tend to get a bit dizzy after say a 10k run.

if you aren't feeling the pain, you are not working hard enough. that's what i tell myself anyway lol

why the anonymous? this is clearly being overused big time.

yer i get that too afta doing my fitness training... i find drinking a litre of squash in the 3 hours leading up to it helps, drink steadily and slowly not lots at a time or ull need to go!!! go before you run and hopefully should ease the dizziness
