Need Help Finding A Good Driving Instructor.

Hi,

I used to get driving lessons a few weeks ago but stopped, because the instructor always came late and finished early. Also, I was on small community roads for five weeks and wasn't even on the main roads.

So here I am now, two weeks after quitting trying to find an instructor. Thing is I have a lot of respect for instructors and driving businesses after my previous instructor kept turning up late.

Firstly, who should I sign up? A company or business?

Secondly, if I do get an instructor, can I get my license by the end of December?

Thirdly, I am a student. Can I get any discounts for lessons?

I have found a few potential driving instructors/schools. I would hugely appreciate it if you could let me know which are legit and have a good reputation. Sorry my parents are in their mid 40's and my dad got his license in the 90's when motoring was so easy and petrol was 20p a gallon .
