I can't get you a link 'cause I'm at work, but try the 'love eggs' or 'ben wa balls' (not sure about the spelling!) from lovehoney.co.uk or similiar too.

how long do you think they take to work?

I was wondering that too actually. Only been doing them for a few days myself (set as "holiday homework" by my girlfriend  )

clicky

i started doing them properly when i read this (urinary incontinence? ewww!) they're fun... especially when you can do the different levels thing

They're good if you manage to maintain them for a while, gets me in the mood for a sesh, and I've tried doing them whilst actually having sex...works like a charm! A similar effect to that of coughing during sex! The thing I find difficult about them is trying to not hold my breath or suc my tummy in when doing them, apparently that's bad Kegel.

As to how long it takes to see improvement-
Once I had embarked on a regular Kegels routine (I did them whenever I had a drink), the improvement was noticeable after only a few weeks, but you need to exercise these muscles for several months before they reach their full strength.
