Email from foreign girl

Ok so say you found an email (not so much through snooping..but through using an email address to email work so you could do it on someone's computer and thinking it was something related to your mutual course) and saw an email from someone (who's first language is not english) saying something along the lines of...

"Thank you! Where I come from 'love' and 'like' are the same word. My boyfriend only tells me as if he likes me, but i wish he would say he loves me. You say it so well.

13.5 inches can't be right! 2.5cm is one inch so that would be very long and very wrong.

Take Care, ___ xxxxxx"

All i want to know is...is there any other way to interpret this other than that in the first paragraph the reader had previously said to the sender that they liked them or loved them, and that the second paragraph is related to penis size?! So that they've been discussing kind of dodgy stuff... Or could there be other explanations...as I'm a little concerned since the reader has a long-term girlfriend who is not this foreign sender (he does a language course with me and has probably met this person through a society). He doesn't seem the type to cheat but i'm having trouble thinking what else this could be about...

 It sounds like a pretty silly email. Just ask him, you can interpret this in so many ways you'l just confuse and upset yourself. But be warned he will probably be upset you snooped around.
It's none of your business but maybe the sender read xavier's and x.narb.x 's thread on pooh and was marvelling at his prowess.

Either or, stay out of it.

Lol no he's not my partner i'm a bloke, its my housemate on the same course as me and i do respect his privacy. He may be upset if i confronted him but it was a genuine mistake because emails from our lecturers and postgrad tutors come from people with these foreign names and i assumed it was one of them with notes for our coursework. I wouldn't (and am not going to) take action on something that doesn't involve me, but its disturbing me as i think cheating is unforgiveable especially since I know his girlfriend and she's a really sound girl. I was just hoping that someone could convince me it was really about something innocent so that I didn't have this on my conscience :p:
