Eating 1200-1300 calories a day and burning 600-750...is this unhealthy? Watch
It is possible to burn that many calories an hour. I burn 700 an hour right now using a stepmill stair climber (machine with a rolling staircase) at level 8 I weigh 215 and eat 2000 calories a day and lift weights 4 days a week. I am losing between 1-2 lbs a week doing this. My resting pulse in the morning is 41 and I am 52 years young. Don't give up on your goals and don't let anyone discourage you. Haters will always hate.
