Eating 1200-1300 calories a day and burning 600-750...is this unhealthy? Watch

I agree with you 8 go to the gym and burn 700 calories on the cross trainer I work extremely hard on it ..and do intervals ..I know you need to mix weights too but iam looking too loose fat at present iam 5ft 7 and weigh 10 St I want to be 9st 4 ..as I feel healthier and happier I had twins k was 15 St at my heaviest I carried full term giving birth to a 7 lbs 4oz bdby and 7 lbs 6 0z ..I eat 1500 calories a day ..I think everybody needs a program to suit them and there fitness and motivation levels .it's not easy snd as you have said it's do able if you wsnt yo loose weight good on you but that fat ☺☺☺☺

At least u r still eating. I'm 5 ft 4 and weigh 115 pounds and eat about that much and my weight mantains itself. So i think u r not gonna lose weight eating 1300-1600 calories a day. How exctly do you burn 750 calorie a day?

You do know everyone's body is different. Someone who weighs 150 and runs for 5k will burn fewer calories than someone that weighs 250 and runs for 5k at the same speed.

I i weigh 206 and i am walking 12000 steps a day i need to lose 50 lbs am i doing the right thing?

I work for the post office I walk at least 6 hrs a day that's 15000 steps I burn at least 700 calories a day how much should I be eating to lose weight I am 46 I weigh 185 .please tell me something I tried 1400 calories a day but I don't think its working

I burn 700 an hour right now using a stepmill stair climber (machine with a rolling staircase) at level 8 I weigh 215 and eat 2000 calories a day and lift weights 4 days a week. I am losing between 1-2 lbs a week doing this. My resting pulse in the morning is 41 and I am 52 years young. Don't give up on your goals and don't let anyone discourage you. Haters will always hate.

It is not that hard to lose 700-800 calories. I run 1 hr and then half hour jogging and i will lose 700 calories. It is probably not 3 hours. I lost 20 kilos sice august 2019
