    But don't know how 2 reduce pixels

    open it

    stretch/skew.

    or you can use http://www.gifworks.com - you upload the picture and can do stuff.

    i cant interface with any of the controls when i upload my image on gifworks!

    I don't know why but what ever i do it won't be reduced.The picture is reduced but the problem is i can't seperate the pic from the big white background

    Well, it has to be 50x50 pixels, and less than 20kb, so get it to that and it should work no probs.
