How can i reduce the pixels of a pic???

I'm sick of this Avatar & decided 2 use a pic instead.
But don't know how 2 reduce pixels
Any help will be appreciated :smile:

open it

stretch/skew.

or you can use http://www.gifworks.com - you upload the picture and can do stuff.

You could just use a section of the picture, as I've done.
Gimp
start -> run -> mspaint

open it

stretch/skew.

or you can use http://www.gifworks.com - you upload the picture and can do stuff.

i cant interface with any of the controls when i upload my image on gifworks!

I don't know why but what ever i do it won't be reduced.The picture is reduced but the problem is i can't seperate the pic from the big white background:frown:
open it in photo editor and crop around the picture

I need help too. I tried skewing it real small but it still says its too large.

Well, it has to be 50x50 pixels, and less than 20kb, so get it to that and it should work no probs.
