Are we/ Aren't we

I met up with one of my friends whilst back home from uni, everything was going really well, he opened up and said he found me acttractive and we ended up kissing. He's asked me to meet him at a pub tomorrow, which i said yes to. So are we going out as in bf and gf, or is he just asking to see me. Now i know i should just say something along the lines of are we in a relationship, but i can't think of a way to ask that doesn't make me seem as if im 12. I know it should just be a natural progression and that i shouldn't have to ask and know, but while we were out he flirted with another woman at the bar, so im not sure.
Flirting is flirting, it's just a bit of meaningless fun. So don't let that sway you either way. Other than that, no one HERE can tell you how he'll react, as we know neither of you.

sounds like hes just asked to meet you at the pub...
A pub eh? Romantic. Anyway, not much use posting on here, go up to him and demand answers. Rar.

I belive you are just friends.... because if you consider your self in a relationship with anyone who asks you to go to the pub.... :O has your dad taken you to the pub before?! ¬_¬

When he asks you "would you like to go out with me" and you say "yes, oh, yes please, Mr 'you've taken me to the pub, and have visably been eyeing upother women', romantic guy" THEN! voila, your going out. Happy days

wouldnt say ur bf and gf. rekon its just a bit og harmless fun at the mo but there may be potential there. i wouldnt read anything into at the present though
Im kind of in a similar situation (that has been lasting about 3 months!). I find the best thing to do is just chill and relax and wait and see where things take you. Have fun and enjoy yourself...don't worry about what the relationship is just yet.
If you only kissed once I wouldn't assume you're in a relationship or ask him about it yet; just weigh up the situation when you meet him in the pub tomorrow.

Id probably assume that the pub is a date. But dating isnt going steady I dont think. Its like different. You might END UP going out, but I wouldnt be sending out the wedding invites just yet

If you don't know you're in a relationship, you're not in one. You've kissed and you're meeting up with him. It's probable that he wants to talk to you about what happened, and either say it was all a big mistake and he wants to be friends, or that he likes you and wants to date you. It may result in dating. But don't go there as though it's a date from the outset - all dressed up, greeting him with a kiss, calling him soppy pet names, etc. Just see what happens naturally.
Tell him I WANT YOUR BABIES! nah seriously sounds like a date but play it cool, flirt you'll probably find out whether you are from how the journey to the pub goes.

I don't think there is anyway you can ask someone out so that it doesn't like your twelve!! lol!

 I wrote the letter, then thought, ah no, and just asked, and got "no", then about a month later, got a "yes", from the same person. *sigh*
