What should i have done?
okay so i was just out for a drive and i passed this girl walking home - she is great and i have a massive crush on her it was only once i was past her i realised i should have offered her a lift as that would have created a good conversation opportunity etc. but retrospectively i wasnt looking great - had on scrappy joggers and the was in the old messy car rather than the big nice new one - if this happens again what should i do - should i just always be prepared and looking good when i go out!
also why do i find it so hard to hint to her about my feelings?

Depends on how well you know her I suppose.
don't worry about what you should have done, just start planning when you're going to see her next!

i was gonna go back and talk but i though she'd notice the same car going past again and again and think i was some sort of stalker

lol what i'm saying is don't dwell on the past, you can't turn back time! Maybe when you see her next you can say something like you saw her but couldn't stop...or apologise for not offering her a lift
btw did she see you?My advice would be...play it cool, try not to run her over, PAY ATTENTION TO THE ROAD DANGNABBIT
sounds reasonable sensible and no she didnt she was reading a txt so it would be a bit awkaward to just say yeah i was gonna give u a lift - she'd be like "what?" also im really shy and if im with her for 2 hrs its only in the last 5 mins we get round to like flirting etc

aww well just concentrate on being yourself then, you won't need to flirt then, she'll fall for you if she's sees the real you
well ive been trying for like a yr and a half and i think she might be as well i just suck at decoding this stuff plus i ament comfortable discussing it with my friends i live in a ****ty insular town where if u tell someone a secret everyone else knows in 2 mins - anyways so u think after 1.5 yrs someone would have got bored but neither of us have gone out with anyone else since then and we have come close a few times so i remain hopeful but unfortunately we are going to different unis and i am a bit pissed off cos there is a lot of **** stuff like that about to happen in my life
