fanny fart

I was having sex with my BF for the first time last night. We've only been going out for about a month and I'm still abit shy so imagine my embarassment when i did a big fanny fart about half way through. He kind of just laughed awkwardly and we carried on but I felt so embarassed it did spoil it. I came home quite soon after, and haven't contacted him today. Do you think it bothered him? Guys what would you think in this situation?

If you're not entirely comfortable with someone, you really shouldn't be having sex with them. And you've only been dating a month! Sigh.

It's possible it bothered him. Woo, irrational fear of the female body!

It happens to everyone. If you're getting quite 'enthusiastic' it's perfectly normal. Why would it bother him? It's not a horrible unpleasant thing like a normal fart.

to be honest its not nothing to be bothered about..its only air that makes the sound...its happens. To be honest it not somehting ur bf shud be dwelling on. but if you are worried about it, talk to him.

Heh, it would have spoiled it for me because I'd have been laughing. I have a really immature sense of humour. Could have been worse though, you could have actually farted. Now that ruins the mood. Unless it's me that does it. In which case, once again, hilarious.

It was more the OP saying she was shy around him that bothered me. If you're shy around someone... how can you do something so intimate as having sex with them?

And while many people may have sex in a short time, that doesn't make it a good idea. I'm not prudish, I just think it's risky. Most relationships I've seen in which they have penetrative sex quickly have ended up burning out or blowing up. Perhaps it changes as you get older. *shrug*
