LCC with no doubt... not only bcoz I go to LCC myself, so I support the college more, it's the fact that LCC is a better college than Chelsea. What we say here withint the uni, some people inculding myslef often think that Chelsea is a repeated college (if this offences anybody who goes to or planning to go to Chelsea, I am sorry...) of the other 3 colleges within the uni(CSM,LCC and Camberwell). Only bcoz it's not as famous as the other colleges... I have heard that a few months back(although not has been proved that was a fake news), bcoz Wimbledon is joingin us in Aug, so in order to keep the UAL to 5 colleges, they wanted to colse down Chelsea or combine it with Camberwell, bcoz many ppl think that Chelsea is not quite at the same standard as the other colleges; and it hasnt got a subjects that they can be particularly proud of (for CSM is Fashion and graphic, for LCC is photogrpahy and graphic, for LCF is fashion, for camberwell is fine art).

So I would say if you can, go for LCC...

Sorry if I am being a little too harsh...

OK, let me just make it clear that Chelsea is a bloody amazing college!

The graphic design course has the best links with industry and employment rates. Every one knows that each of the London colleges think they’re the best. The only difference is that in Chelsea there is an actual sense of community i.e. the students love it! The course is a lot newer than the other courses, but let me tell you: I have friends at LCC and Camberwell and their work isn’t half as exciting as the work at Chelsea. Surely that’s the way to judge the quality of the college. Only 45 students are accepted each year so it is a bit harder to get in.
My tutors told me that Chelsea is better for Fine Art and LCC for graphic design

I'm doing my BA in GMD in LCC. Even though I'm on the course, I wouldn't have the right to judge which college would be better for GD since I've never been to Chelsea. But what 9thJenn said about Chelsea being better for fine art, I think that is true since that is what we're being told. All of the colleges have their strengths and weaknesses and I think LCC's strength is the GD course, at least from the decision-makers' viewpoint since it is the biggest of all courses.

Hope I wasn't too confusing... I recommend you to be in touch with the colleges and go have a look at the first year briefs/lectures. It's quite easy to see quickly, whether you like it or not.
