I'd choose Westminster out of the two, it's internationally known for the film and TV course. Just wondering, but how long did it take to get the questionnaire from Westminster after you sent your application?

I'm applying for:
Westminster - Film and TV Production
Royal Holloway - Media Arts
AUCB - Film Production
Salford - TV and Radio
Lincoln - Film and Television Production

Conditional from Royal Holloway so far

I live in Cumbria. One of the reasons I didn't apply there is because it's not a good University...well they said. Im not putting you off, but oh well.

I got an email with the attachment about two weeks after my application

I know this thread isn't really for self promotion but I got an offer from UCLAN today so it's kinda relevant!

youtube.com/watch?v=6La9kmFXC5E

Is a music video I made last weekend, on that channel you can find my show reel and piece to camera for UCLAN hope it helps anyone in trouble!

Hey. I'm a student at University for the Creative Arts which is a specialised arts university spread over 5 campuses in the south-east of England all with easy travel links into London.

Although we don't offer television production we do offer a BA (Hons) in Broadcast Media which is taught in Maidstone TV Studios where you have access to industry-standard equipment and offers an unique opportunity to study in a professional environment.

Here is a link to the our website and the course: http://www.ucreative.ac.uk/ba-broadcast-media

BA (Hons) Film Production course is one of the longest established film courses in the country.

UCA is one of the leading specialist universities and have about 7,000 creative students over 5 campuses in south-east England, all with easy routes to London.

The film production course is at our farnham campus which is a 50 minute train journey from central London. The course is very popular as it has good industry links and fantastic facilities. You get to work with 16mm film in a purpose-built studio and editing on both Steenbecks and in digital suites. You then have the opportunity to specialise in a key area of film production.

Here is a link to the film production BA (hons) course: http://www.ucreative.ac.uk/ba-film-production

I am a student at UCA so if you have any questions about the course or uni life at UCA feel free to ask either by the quoting option or by personal message.

Thanks, Ellie.

Yeah I have to say, after going to see the uni at the open day I wasn't overly impressed by it

I just had a phone call from UCLan almost had a heart attack, I've got a conditional offer and it's my first choice

I recommend to any one applying to UCLan that they make their interview a bit different because that was the lecturer's advice as they have to sort through so many, good luck to everyone!
