Appetite

For a while now I've noticed my appetite changing, meaning that I'm hungry (and not) at different times of the day. For example, I'm never hungry in the morning, and only slightly hungry by lunchtime, but starving again by dinner, and then hungry again mid-evening which usually leads to snacking on something.

The thing is, I'm not sure what the best thing to do is: should I follow this new appetite, or should I try and stick to conventional eating times? I always used to eat when I was hungry, but now that includes late at night, when I know I won't burn off anything I'm eating. However, if I eat at conventional times I wind up feeling bloated all morning then hungry all evening.

Any ideas?

I'd eat when you were hungry if I was you as that's your body saying it needs fuel. If you have to snack at night eat something light like fruit, veg or a salad. Have a bigish dinner but don't make it anything too heavy I'd say.

However you could eat little light snacks/meals throughout the day that should combat getting bloated and keep you full.

try defying your hunger in the morning, so that you have a pretty big breakfast even though your not hungry. then try not to snack, or drink too much fizz and you should be hungry by lunch ish. also eating late at night will be part of the reason your not so hungry in the morning so try to avoid that
