Arnica. You can take it in tablet form and I think they now do a cream.

Depends on how bad the bruise is as to how quickly it works.

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone knows any treatments to put on bruises to make them heal quicker and hurt less? I know about putting Witchazel on them to bring out the bruising but I was just wondering if there was anything else...

Thanks

errrr...someone once told me to boil an egg and then hold it against the bruise for a while lol. sounds odd, but this person does have a lot of experience with this sort of thing so maybe there's something in it...? i guess its just the warmth, maybe a hot water bottle or something similar...? i dunno, it just seems a bit of a waste to me to spend money on something like bruises, at least with a boiled egg you can eat it afterwards...
