To What Extent Do Biological Explanation Explains Gender Development? :redface:


Sounds relatively straight forward, though i guess it depends what level you're at?

Biological explanations would be stuff like hormones influencing your development...then against this you'd talk about environmental influences that also contribute, like gender stereotypes, people treating the sexes differently so that they develop different gender identities (like little girls being given dolls to play with and boys given cars etc).
