I would start with the themes explored in pride and prejudice - obviously first and foremost - pride and prejudice, first impressions, love and marriage, social status and any others you feelk are important. You could talk about the different aspects of these themes explored, e.g. perfect matches - lizzy and darcy, marriages that dont work - mr and mrs bennet and marraige for financial reasons - charlotte lucas and mr collins.
You might want to talk about the qualities that are expressed in some of the charcters and how they appeal to the reader. Say that the readers see people through the eyes of Lizzy and that we trust her judgment. Talk about how she makes bad judgements based on he flattery and hurt of her pride.
Hope thats helpful, if its not....oh well!
