OCR examiner plagiarism

At the moment we have been set our A2 physics planning exercise, i was wondering however how many people doing have actually found the website of a japanese company that the experient was copied from.

We have to make a declaration that we havnt presented copied material as our own which seems a bit hypocritical as they have been to lazy to create an original problem.

google 'electromagnet damping' and it is the first result.

Although simplified and leaving out specific detail they have included wording and the diagram from this company's website for our planning exercise. Granted they may have obtained permission (if needed) but... perhaps they should put little more effort into it, like the independant effort they expect from students answering the questions.
