Need help with this DNA question... (A2 Biology)

The answer is ' C 60' but i don't understand why. Could someone help me out please?

The person who marked it has actually already explained it. Three nucleotides in the DNA code for each amino acid in the peptide. Have a read of this article in the fount of all human knowledge

Well
3 bases on nucleotide = 1 codon.
1 codon = 1 Amino acid,

So if you have 20 amino acids, then 20*3 (as 3 bases make one codon) = 60
