eating too much chocolate probably can contribute to spots. but the odd piece shouldn't hurt.

Don't think it directly causes spots unless you eat s**tloads!

Chocolate is good for you in small amounts....full of antioxidants, endorphins plus it tastes nice too!

Try organic I can't really have anything milky that isn't organic without a break out! It's better for you and taste's the same

Apparently not but it always seems to with me!

If you smear it on your face, yes. If you eat it, no.

Chocolate doesn't give you spots, but i believe a bad diet as a whole will?

Yeah likewise. Happened over easter with me and i reckon it was more than just coinsidence.
Not sure about the spots, but too much chocolate will make you fat and lose your self-respect.
It doesn't. There's no clinical evidence whatsoever to suggest that it does. It's like the 5 litres of water a day thing, someone must of made it up and it kinda stuck, without there being any proof for it.

err the drinking 8 glasses of water a day thing IS actually to stop you getting dehydrated though...
Black mamba has volunteered to be TSR's 'do chocolates = spots' geniuea pig.

Not really. You need the water to live and to function properly. As to the amount...i cant say but it will differ according to your body and how active you are.

Well obviously, but the 8 glasses/5 litres or whatever a day thing is pure crap. Like you said, different things apply for different people.

I think a lot of it does (for me at least), but I donit think a little bit matters
